Arrivals

We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time for you to complete the relevant treatment information and relax prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will mean your treatment time will be customised.

Cancellation Policy

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. To provide you with our best service we require credit card confirmation for treatments over 1 hour. We understand sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule, cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If notice is not given a cancellation fee may apply.

Payment Options

Beautique accepts eftpos and most major credit cards.

Parking

All salons are located in a major shopping centre with plenty of parking. To avoid arriving stressed, please allow extra time to find a car space in peak shopping periods.

Attire

For our body treatments and wet treatments we will provide disposable underwear.

Safety

In keeping with our firm commitment to superior services, your safety, comfort, cleanliness and hygiene, we use only sanitised equipment for all services and treatments.

Whilst we endeavor to care for your belongings we take no responsibility for loss or damage. It is advisable to leave expensive items at home.

Timing

The timing of treatments is approximate and may be modified in accordance with changes in the treatment.
