Bookings

Please book early to secure your preferred day and time of appointment. The end of the week is rather busy and booked a few weeks in advance so to avoid disappointment book early. During peak times such as after Christmas you may need to allow more time.

We recommend you make any future appointments with us when you visit us or book online.

Cancellation policy

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. To provide you with our best service we require credit card confirmation for treatments over 1 hour. We understand sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule, cancellations and/ or rescheduling of appointments require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If notice is not given a cancellation fee may apply.

Payment methods

We accept cash, Eftpos and all major credit cards. Please note a 3% surcharge applies to Diners Club and American Express credit cards.
